The Chancellors Collection
The Chancellors Collection team offer exceptional hospitality, superb food and exciting menus at some of the University’s most historic venues such as Christie’s Bistro in the University's Quad or Cafe Rylands at the John Rylands Library as well as contemporary locations such as Manchester Business School.
In a typical day we can delight our customers with everything from a four course banquet in Whitworth Hall for 300, to fine dining in our Bistro, to great lunches in our cafes and coffee shops. All our menus, whether it be in our Bistro or our smallest cafe feature innovative freshly prepared dishes developed our Executive Head Chef.
We provide superb hospitality and catering to support functions, weddings and events taking place at a variety of inspirational venues including Christies Bistro, Whitworth Hall and Whitworth Council Chamber in The Old Quadrangle, the galleries of Manchester Museum, and The John Rylands Library. Each of our venues and cafes possess a distinctively different ambiance, but all stay true to the Chancellors ethos, of delicious locally sourced food served by friendly and attentive staff.
