The HospitalityOnCampus team operate hospitality, event and dining services across the University estate, providing a range of menus, superb food and hospitality.

The team are also responsible for operating some of the University’s most historic and contemporary venues, managing their catering and event operations to support their commercial activity.

No two days are ever the same…In a typical day we can delight our customers with everything from a range of buffets and delegate menus for meetings and conferencing, to fine dining in our Bistro, and great lunches in our cafes and coffee shops. All our menus across the department feature innovative, and freshly prepared dishes using locally sourced food, all developed by our Head Chef.

The team look after all catering for University events and ceremonial occasions, together with managing and delivering weddings and other special occasions in some of the University’s iconic locations.
